Machine Learning

At CPHK, we use laboratory generated data and data collected from field for age estimation and prediction of adverse outcomes. We are currently working on multiomics-generated data sets to better predict the gestational age of pregnant women and use their capabilities to solve questions related to undesirable pregnancy outcomes such as SGA, premature birth, preeclampsia, etc. We are also currently developing a module that will be able to predict the nutritional status of newborns in the future using data on newborn anthropometry and metadata in the current visit. We have a sufficient computing power and storage space along with four high end computationally powerful nodes to carry out GWAS, metagenomics and proteomics studies.

Data Management and Software Development

We have state of the art data management division with client server architecture that has been designed as a minimal paper-using data collection system, which has stringent quality control checks to ensure data integrity. Our in-house data management team led lead by GCP certified data managers
We have experience in designing and managing data management system of large scale trials that involve trillions of data points along with the design and management of electronic and web based data capture system.

  • Desktop based utility module for keeping track of study progress.

  • Dashboard to monitor study completion status of each enrolled subjects

  • Customizable report generation module for visit-scheduled.

  • Dataset generation module to create dataset as per core variable format.

  • Database backup utility for regular database backup to ensure data safety/security.

CPHK has a robust in-house software development capabilities using latest relational database management and front end development software. Our software development team has the capability to design and develop data management system software for various platforms as per requirement that feature real time data entry and quality control.

Surveillance system:

Over 20 years of experience in designing and implementing large community-based randomized controlled trials among challenging populations such as infants, young children, and pregnant women. We maintains a comprehensive demographic database for Delhi/all field sites that is regularly updated. CPHK has setup GIS-enabled mapping system of all households within the field sites. The Geo-referenced layers developed by GIS team give us an edge by enabling to track each dwelling structure with demographic data to help in project management and project planning. The maps are updated every 3 months by the field surveillance team.

Qualified Research Staff:

A core team of GCP trained research scientists, project manager, study physicians, study coordinator and data management personnel with extensive experience and conduct of many community based clinical trials. We have a 3 tier management structure is in place for overall project implementation and management. We boast a GCP-compliant, state-of-the-art facility for data entry and management, accounts and administration, storage of data forms, and storage of laboratory samples.
